A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge if customer provides molds and rubber and materials, but samples delivery cost is on the acount of the buyer.
A: Firstly, get connection with sales, tell us the machine series no. on machine namecard, discrible what happened on the machines, by sending pictures or vidoes for better understanding.( If we have service people or representive in your countries, you also contact them)
